Folding and Stacking Tables
Where space is at a premium or for areas that are used for different applications at different time, folding or stacking tables make an ideal choice. A dining room or club room can be made to accommodate a larger group of people for a wedding or meeting by bringing out stored folding tables or stacking tables.
Our folding tables offer the best value for money available on the market and are available in 6 – 8 seater rectangular or 8, 10 or 12 seater round. The table tops are constructed of exterior grade hardwood ply with glossy polyeurethane lacquer finish to the top face and matt lacquer finish to the underside to prevent the tables from warping due to the ingress of moisture. These tables are normally used in conjunction with table cloths. The table legs are manufactured from tubular steel with a black powder coated hard finish. The legs on the 1530mm (5’), 1680mm (5’6”), 1830mm (6’) diameter and the 1830 by 750mm folding tables fold completely flat but when constructed the table legs have a folding triangulated mechanism between the legs and the top that locks when upright to create a very strong unit with great stability. They are widely used as banquet tables for weddings or other celebrations and often selected with our steel or aluminium banquet chairs for e.g. the BQ/1 Steel Harrow or the BQ/5G Aluminium Buckingham chair.
The BQ/12 and BQ/13 Stacking Tables can be selected in 2 seater size - 68cm (27”) square or 4 seater size – 120cm by 68cm (48” x 27”). The tops have wipe clean melamine faced tops with hard plastic edging to protect the perimeter of the table. The table frame is constructed of heavy gauge steel square and rectangular tube with an attractive powder coated finish. Plastic tube end fittings act as feet for the table legs and protect the floor from contact with the steel tube. These make perfect occasional tabling or permanent tables for a small restaurant or café. They look best combined with steel or aluminium framed stacking chairs or contemporary metal chairs.
We offer an aluminium stacking table -Rossa Table – with a stainless steel top that can be used indoors or outside. These tables have a tubular steel frame with that is very light but also very strong.
