Hotel Furniture

Our hotel furniture is selected to incorporate a wide range of tables and chairs in both traditional and modern designs, meaning that no matter what the décor of your hotel, we will have something to complement it. All our products are hard wearing and durable. The tables and chairs we supply are made at a long established European factory with over 60 years’ experience in producing high quality products.

As we employ a team of upholsterers, we can offer a wider range of quality fabrics than our competitors, such as plain or patterned dralon, faux leather, tweed or flatwoven fabrics, all of which also come at a significantly lower cost than can be found elsewhere. We also use only UK manufactured, combustion modified upholstery fillings in all of our products. To view the selection of fabrics, please click the ‘fabric’ tab.

In addition to a wide selection of fabrics, the majority of our wooden furniture comes in a selection of finishes, including oak, dark oak and walnut. There are also many designs in chrome or powder coated steel, so whatever interior you are furnishing, we will have the product to suit it.

The Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA), an independent organisation which ensures that UK furniture manufacturers commit only quality products to the market, has tested and approved chairs from all of our ranges. By using specially adapted equipment, the association can replicate the wear that any chair or table will receive over time, ensuring that all our products are durable and will stand up to the demands of frequent everyday use.

What is the best furniture for hotels?

There are many different items of furniture needed for hotels, since there are different areas that need to be outfitted with comfortable seating – such as reception areas – and tables and chairs are a necessity for restaurant or café areas. There is also the need for furniture in the rooms for guests, such as chairs for desks and sofas.

Communal rooms, such as reception areas, will require sofas, coffee tables and stools in order to create a welcoming atmosphere and a place for people to sit and wait while checking in or checking out. Dining areas will need to be outfitted to reflect the formal aspect of the room, with matching chairs and tables required to tie the space together.

In bedrooms, it is better to have some level of comfortable seating than none at all, so even a chair behind a desk would be appropriate. However, for the larger rooms, a sofa would be expected by guests.

For more information, check out our blog on what types of hotel furniture you may need.

How much does hotel furniture cost?

Depending on the hotel furniture you are interested in purchasing, the costs can be quite different. Dining tables costs start at £40.90 while folding tables for functions start at £32.90. Chairs for dining are priced beginning at £22.90. For reception areas, sofas from Trent Furniture start their pricing at £299.90 while armchairs are from £84.90.
