Hush Heath Winery is an estate found in the countryside of Kent. It is home to a winery with 400 acres of surrounding speciality vines and apple orchards.
The winery hosts a guided tour that takes guests around the vineyards and explains and shows the winemaking process. All tours end with a tasting of the still and sparkling wines and ciders that are made on-site. The tasting room is a busy area of the estate with many impromptu tastings also taking place for general visitors to the estate’s shop.
It is in the tasting room that the estate’s management were looking for furniture to match with their new layout. The winery's products are of the highest standard, so the estate wanted furniture in the tasting room that matched with the quality of the wine.
“After rethinking our tasting room, we found the perfect tables through Trent Furniture. We chose them as they offered good value for money,” comments Sarah Easton, winery manager. The winery decided that five black disc poseur tables were the ideal choice for their requirements.
The quality wooden top and sleek finish fits perfectly into any venue but the stylish poseur tables particularly fit well in the traditional setting such as this estate which dates back to 1503. The choice of tables also gives the winery the option to add stools should they host longer tasting events.
“The tables look fantastic and have vastly improved our tasting room space and how we are able to use it. They allow more room for customers tasting through our wines and ciders and allow us to use the room we have in a more flexible way,” explains Sarah.
