Castle Rock first used Trent Furniture to supply a range of furniture to their pubs many years ago and have continued to use the company ever since, happy with the quality and value of the products. “We started using Trent Furniture such a long time ago that I can’t really remember when,” comments Chris Holmes, Castle Rock’s Chief Executive. “We first decided to use them as they were located relatively close to our head office and we were impressed by the wide range of products that they had in stock.”
Trent Furniture supplies the pub group mainly with bar furniture, including pub and banquet chairs as well as tables. Their furniture can be found in a range of Castle Rock establishments across the region, including the Poppy and Pint in Nottinghamshire, one of the group’s largest pubs. .
“We will continue to use Trent Furniture as long as they continue to maintain their current high standards of furniture and customer service,” comments Chris. “The quality of their products is good and the price is competitive. I would happily recommend the company for a range of reasons, including the friendliness of their staff, the reliability of delivery and the wide range of good quality products.”
The Castle Rock pub group opened its first pub in Newark in 1977. Originally set up by Chris Holmes, a former chairman of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
