Silver Birch Golf Club is a picturesque 18-hole golf course situated in the hills above the North Wales coast line. It is one of the most popular pay and play courses in North Wales.
New Furniture for an Eco-Friendly Clubhouse
In September 2016, the golf club opened a new eco-friendly clubhouse with solar panels, a rainwater harvester and a sewage bio-digester to help the club adapt for the future. Before opening their doors, the clubhouse needed some new furniture to match.
The club were looking for a design that wasn’t old fashioned nor something that would date easily. However, the main function of the furniture was for it to be user and child-friendly.
New Diner Furniture
“Having looked on the internet for various options we came to the conclusion that an ‘American diner with a difference’ was what we were looking for – something funky, yet comfortable,” comments Menna Jones, co-owner of Silver Birch Golf Club.
Silver Birch Golf Club found our red and cream American diner chairs and upon contacting Trent Furniture it was mentioned that there was also an option of black and white a similar design.
Furniture Samples Provided
To help the golf club in choosing a colour, Trent delivered one of each chair for the owners to have a look at. “This element of customer service went a long way to establishing a trust between us both.” After deciding the black and white was more suitable, 30 of the chairs were ordered.
Choosing the Right Golf Club Furniture Colour Scheme
This decision made them able to choose the colour scheme of the clubhouse, the style of tables and type of outside furniture. The club went on to order: five vista tables, 24 Monaco red wicker chairs, two black Manhattan sofas, four chrome pyramid coffee tables and six round aluminium tables for both indoor and outdoor use.
