As the weather gets warmer, the days get longer and the spring and summer (hopefully) get sunnier, venues up and down the country will be holding all kinds of events, and for many of these you might need banqueting furniture that can be used outside.
Hosting outdoor events is a great way to maximise the number of customers you can entertain at once, even if you have relatively little suitable indoor space to cater for large groups at a time, and of course the option of enjoying the sunshine is likely to make many people more likely to attend your event too.
The good news is, our banqueting furniture should be perfectly fine to use outside, in any of the kind of conditions where your event is likely to go ahead anyway - and if things take a turn for the worse, our tables and chairs can also help you to switch to Plan B if necessary.
Assuming the weather stays fine, or you have a marquee to protect against the elements, our stacking tables have a strong steel underframe that should be fine on any reasonably level and solid ground, and melamine tops that can quickly wipe clean just before your event begins.
Our folding trestle tables are convenient as they fold completely flat, with a very easy leg mechanism to lock the steel supports in place - there are visible bolts in the table top holding the legs on, but unlike with some tables of this type, the bolt heads are flush with the surface, and you can use these with no cloth if you want.
The vast majority of our banqueting chairs are stackable too, and you can always ask if you want to make doubly sure before placing your order; with metal frames, they should also be fine for use outdoors, although we would recommend wiping them clean of any dirt or excess moisture before putting them into storage.
Finally as always, we would suggest investing in a chair trolley and the appropriate table trolley for if you have round or rectangular trestle tables - all of these make it easier to wheel a stack of furniture into position across any level ground, and particularly over solid surfaces like paving, tarmac or concrete.
