We may be closed over the holidays, but you can still place orders for pub furniture, with many lines in-stock and ready for priority delivery as soon as we return in January.
Christmas can be a testing time for many hospitality establishments, but few more so than pubs, and the carousing and 'merriment' of the festive trade is often too much for older items of pub furniture, leaving breakages that need to be replaced in the new year.
We understand the importance of having replacement pub chairs and tables as soon as possible, which is why we will always try to prioritise urgent orders as soon as we start sending out our first shipments of 2016.
If you place an order before we return on January 4th, we will contact you at the first opportunity once our offices reopen, in order to arrange a suitable delivery date for your new furniture.
We will generally service orders as quickly as we can - a combination of first-come, first-served, which items we already have in stock, and which we are able to order in the fastest - so that everybody gets everything they need as soon as we can supply it.
However, if your order is genuinely urgent, there is a certain amount of leeway to move you up the priority list and get your pub furniture sent out to you sooner.
This also applies to hotel furniture, restaurant furniture, and any other orders you may have placed - for example if you are already fully booked and have encountered a shortage of furniture due to breakages or some other such reason.
If you need to contact us to prioritise your order, you can do so via the usual methods on the website - our online enquiry form, our email address, or direct by telephone if you want to discuss your order or any of the delivery details.
Our official opening time for 2016 is 9am on Monday January 4th, but please remember that we will have a large number of orders from throughout the holiday period to deal with on this day - so if you call to discuss your order in particular, please be patient while we locate it in amongst all of the other requests.
