While we are taking orders throughout December, please bear in mind that it is a very busy time with many customers purchasing some last-minute Christmas furniture items or replacing damaged tables and chairs.
At any time of year, our standard delivery window is 10-14 days, but we will also try to accommodate urgent requests if you need a new piece of furniture for a specific date or upcoming event.
But the Christmas rush can affect our ability to get items out to you quite as quickly as at other times of year, so please place any orders as early as possible and speak to our sales team directly if you have any concerns about getting your Christmas furniture deliveries in time.
We aim to ship all items using our own vans and drivers, so you can rest assured that our capacity for Christmas deliveries is just as strong as at any other time of year, weather permitting.
Most shipments are sent with just the one driver, as this allows us to keep costs down and most customers are happy to provide a second set of hands to help with the lifting.
If you don't have anyone suitable to help out with unloading the delivery, and you're ordering bulkier items, please let us know and we can send a second person to do the carrying for a small extra cost.
Remember, if your premises are going to be closed, or you are booked for a private function, please let us know in advance so we don't turn up with a delivery in the middle of a customer's Christmas party.
We can generally quote a delivery time to at least AM or PM on a specific date, and our driver can call you when he is an hour, half an hour or 15 minutes away, so you can be ready to take the delivery.
For Christmas furniture deliveries, assuming the roads are still passable during heavier weather, the main factors that might affect your delivery time include items being out of stock, and your preferred delivery slot already booked up.
If you are in any doubt, give us a call or contact us in the usual ways and we'll advise on the best delivery options to get your furniture to you in time for Christmas events.
