Trent Furniture was delighted with the results of a recent customer service survey which returned 100% customer satisfaction levels. Furthermore, over 80% of respondents identified friendly service as one of the company’s greatest strengths, with value for money and the efficient delivery service mentioned by almost three quarters of customers. The company’s products were described as ‘very competitive’ and ‘reasonably priced’ with Trent Furniture offering a ‘good all round service’.
Trent Furniture, who supply quality furniture to the pub, bar, club, hotel and restaurant trade, regularly solicit customer feedback to ensure that they maintain their high standards of service and products. In the survey, over 90% said that they would either be ‘certain’ or ‘very likely’ to recommend Trent Furniture to others.
Company MD Rob Price was delighted with the survey results. “We put high quality products and great customer service at the heart of everything we do,” he comments. “It is gratifying to know that we are getting it right and that our customers think so highly of us.”
