Banquet furniture is of course designed for ease of use - stackable chairs and folding tables aim to make it easy to reconfigure your dining area for different numbers of guests and different occasions.
Stackable chairs can also be tidied away into less storage space, often with ten or more chairs safely stacked on top of one another, taking up the physical floor footprint of just one chair.
Folding tables can be stored even more compactly, by collapsing the legs and tipping the table on its side or its end, up against a wall.
But there's still the inbetween stage of actually getting your banquet furniture from storage to the location of the feast itself - which may be some distance away, especially with outdoor events.
Luckily there are simple solutions for each type of banqueting furniture, which will help to reduce the heavy lifting, and all but eliminate the carrying.
Chair Trolleys
Chair trolleys make it quick and easy to move stacks of chairs to position, but their benefits go beyond simply giving you a way to move the chairs.
The shape of the trolley - and particularly the places where it makes contact with the chairs - means stacks can be moved without the risk of causing any visible damage to them, so your banquet furniture stays in a condition fit for the most high-status of guests.
Using the tall handle provides leverage when picking up the chairs, so that even a tall stack can be comfortably tilted back on to the trolley's wheels for relocation.
And those wheels also protect the floor - so you don't get any of the scuff marks you might expect from dragging individual chairs into position.
Table Trolleys
Your choice of table trolley depends on your choice of tables - rectangular or round.
For rectangular trestle tables, a trestle table trolley with a solid protected base allows up to ten tables to be stacked and transported - you can even leave them on the trolley during storage.
Meanwhile, a round table trolley can safely hold up to ten round tables on edge, so that they can be moved to position without the risk of them rolling away.
