How long do your special offers last?

Our special offers on furniture can run anywhere from a couple of days or weeks to a couple of months, depending on stock availability. If you want to find out about our special offers then call the office and we will do or best to advise how long the special offer will last for.

Can you let me know about new special offers?

Yes of course, simply sign up to receive our newsletter and we will keep you informed about special offers and sales as they happen. You can also e-mail to request to be added to our mailing list to be notified when we have new special offers or sale items about to hit the website.

I will need to order more in the future, will I still get the special offer price?

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that we will be able to offer the same price when you order in the future. If the product is on offer for a limited time then returns to normal price then we would charge the website price at time of order.

Please also bear in mind that if you are ordering from the clearance range then it may be a line we are discontinuing. Please call the office and for more details on any of our sale items.

Is the furniture in the sale second hand?

No-the items in our sales and special offers sections are all brand new. Occasionally, some of the clearance products might have slight defects or damage but if that’s the case it will say so in the product description.

Will you buy our old furniture?

Sorry but we don’t deal with second hand furniture and we don’t offer furniture part exchange as even the furniture which is on special offer is new and unused.

The only thing we can recommend for selling your existing furniture is to look for a local buyer or try auction sites such as eBay and Gumtree. Better still there are loads of companies that you can donate furniture to that will go towards a good cause and some charities and organisations will even take the furniture away for free!
