We have been supplying bar stools to the UK Contract market for over 50 years and our ever expanding range of stools makes it easy to find the right style and price to suit your interior and budget. Our wide collection of Bar Stools range from Tall Brass Railed bar stools, Colonial bar stools, Small Wooden pub stools, chrome Dakota stools and many more. A familiar sight in most pubs, the wooden pub stool has long been a popular seating choice thanks to their inexpensive price tags and compact size. Taking up much less room than regular bar chairs it is a great addition to any establishment and offers a convenient solution. All our wooden bar stools and small pub stools are manufactured to the highest standards with strong joints which are glued with a specialist PVA mixture as well as being screwed in place to offer long service. We offer the wooden stools in a choice of three wood colours - dark oak, walnut and light oak so you can choose a colour for the bar stools that best suits your room's interior. For a more modern look we can offer the clean lines of the Shaker stools which can also be supplied with either solid or upholstered tops. These look particularly effective when combined with our Restaurant Furniture range but fit in perfectly well with Bar or Cafe furniture too.

Thanks to our 'In-house' workshops we are able to offer top quality upholstery for our bar stools and bar and restaurant chairs, we can offer a wider range of fabric coverings than the majority of other suppliers. We can offer many colours in plain Tweed fabrics and Dralon plus patterned Dralon fabrics, patterned Flatwoven fabrics as well as very attractive modern Faux Leathers.

The Cast Iron stools offer unrivalled strength and are considerably heavier than the wooden versions. These are available with upholstered tops only.

Our chairs are vigorously tested by the Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA) which is an independent body established over 60 years ago to ensure UK furniture manufacturers and distributors offer safe and high quality products to their customers.

How tall are the stools?

The stools vary from range to range but all the measurements can be found underneath the image of the stool on our website.

Do you do matching Small and Tall Stools?

Most of our Tall bar Stools have a matching low versions of the stool or a dining height chair which compliments it.

What is the maximum weight your stools will take?

We don’t have a maximum weight limit for our furniture. What we can guarantee is that our products have been designed for contract use, we have been supplying stools to pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants for over 60 years and you can be assured that over the years the our customers have continued to be happy with the quality and strength they provide. Many of our products are tested by FIRA and certified suitable for commercial environments.

Do you do package deals on stools and bar furniture?

Our prices are very competitive but occasionally we can offer further discounts or stools may be in the sale or special offer pages of our website. We also offer furniture packages that are excellent value for money and can give you an idea of what works well together if you aren’t sure!

Can I choose what fabric I have?

As we upholster most of our products to order, it means that they can be supplied in any of our fabrics. Can’t find a fabric you like? Then you can send the fabric you us or specify a fabric you would like us to order in. Most of our upholstery is done here in the UK at our factory in the East Midlands so that we can offer you the widest range of choice on colours and materials for your stools. There are a couple of exceptions where we aren’t able to offer this, for example those that are fully pre-upholstered such as the Verona and American Diner Stools are only available in the colours shown online.

Will your stools be ok for my breakfast bar or kitchen?

All of our products are designed for contract use in pubs, clubs and bars and not for homes so please bear this in mind if you are looking to purchase stools for your home. Also-kitchens worktops and islands are lower than a standard pub bar so it is likely that they won’t be quite the right height for this. Our stools are at a height to suit sitting at a bar or to be used as stools for poseur tables. However, all of our measurements can be found on the product details and they do differ in height from range to range and also depending on whether you opt for an upholstered stool top or a plain wooden stool top.
