Our cast iron tables are perfect as pub tables, bar tables and hotel or restaurant tables too. We offer a very wide choice of traditional decorative cast iron tables many based on classic designs from the Victorian era. These are an ideal complement to other pub and bar furniture and create a sense of great style heritage within any room.

Pub Table Selection for Drinking and Eating

The bases are full weight castings meaning that they offer excellent stability for your customers whether they are drinking or dining at the tables. Because of their stability they make excellent restaurant furniture too. Their longevity is legendary and many 19th Century examples of decorative cast iron tables are still in use today, still as strong and rigid as the day that they were assembled!

Cast Iron Pub Table Sets

We offer many classic names in cast iron tables including Scroll Tables, Girlshead Tables, Britannia Tables, Bar Tables, Dolphin Tables and many more. We can supply cast iron tables in a wide variety of table top sizes, in round, square or rectangular shape. We can supply the tables with a choice of dark oak, walnut or light oak tops in solid wood or oak veneer so you can choose the colour that best fits the ambience of your interior.

Modern and Traditional Tables for Pubs

Recently we have started producing more modern designs, for example the Pyramid tables and the Ridge tables, both designs being available in either black or bright chrome. The Pyramid tables are available with either square or rectangular bases offering great flexibility from this one design when choosing your top sizes. Adjustable feet mean that the bases can be aligned more evenly on uneven surfaces.

In order to be sure of the high quality and durability of our tables and chairs we have had certain designs from many of the sections independently tested by The Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA). Should I choose reclaimed cast iron tables or new cast iron tables?

All of our cast iron tables are brand new but based on traditional designs and vintage styles. This gives you the character of the original cast iron tables but in new tables. With plates for easy top attachment and the option to attach adjustable feet to many designs, you can rest assured that installation will be simple and uneven floors are not going to be an issue.

Can I buy a cast iron table base only?

Yes! The prices on our website are inclusive of tops, but we can sell any of our cast iron tables as base only. If you're looking for cast iron table bases, call us for prices on 0116 286 4911 today!

Will you make a table top to my measurements?

Although we can sell the bases separately so you can purchase base and alternatively source bespoke top sizes or finishes, bespoke top sizes aren’t generally something we offer as standard. Saying that, we do have some products which aren’t online so its worth contacting us to ask about specific sizes or finishes. Sometimes, we can order certain sizes or wood colours but as they are not stocked there will be a longer delivery time frame and usually a minimum order quantity. Contact the sales team to enquire.

Can cast iron tables be used outside?

Some customers do use our cast iron tables outside, and because we use quality iron and a powder coating process during production, they will withstand heavy usage well but there is still the possibility they will rust over time depending on what conditions they are exposed to. Cast iron tables are weighty tables that will cope well in particularly windy areas because the weight will prevent it blowing over in windy weather. The other thing to consider if you are thinking of buying cast iron tables for outdoor use is that our standard wooden tops are certainly not suitable for leaving outside, so you would need to source an alternative table top.

How do I maintain my cast iron tables?

High quality cast iron furniture is generally low maintenance due to the materials and methods of manufacture. Simply dust down or wipe with a damp cloth. The tops can be wiped down also with a damp cloth or with a specialised cleaner such as relay spray. Avoid using generic anti-bacterial sprays on the table tops at all costs as they could react with the lacquer and damage the surface.
