This is the largest of the round Farmhouse Tables and can comfortably seat up to six people. The solid round top measures 106cm in diameter and like all our solid tops is finished with a very hardwearing ‘acid catalysed’ lacquer which ensures excellent service long term. The top and base of this table are made of solid hardwood as are all of our Farmhouse tables. The Tulip tables are available in three popular wood colours including Dark Oak, Light Oak and Walnut- the newest addition to the tulip table range.
The base of the Tulip table is a chunky decorative pedestal style with a very side stance which gives it very good stability even with large top sizes. The design of the base, although very substantial still gives excellent legroom for diners. These tables are equally as popular for furniture in pubs and bars as they are with cafes, hotels, clubs and restaurants.
The Farmhouse Tulip tables are often selected with chairs from the farmhouse range or with other traditional chairs such as the Spindleback or Admirals Chair. With the Tulip table now available in a walnut finish, they are also a good choice if you want to combine tables for seating different size groups of people. They are a good option to go with other traditional tables such as the Wellington style table.
